Equipment Checkout - 2026-2027

All students need to attend a studio orientation with Yanqi He (yanqihe@students.calarts.edu) or Naomi Sam (im@calarts.edu) during their scheduled hours before being able to reserve the studios or check out equipment.

Fall reservations will begin on Oct 1, and all equipment needs to be returned by Dec 11, 2026. Reservations need to be submitted at least a week in advance of the booking.

We are currently reorganizing the inventory and restructuring the checkout process. Check back in here for the checkout form soon. Until then you can check out our old and incomplete inventory list and email Naomi Sam (im@calarts.edu) about checkout.

The student who checks out equipment is responsible for it and for whatever costs are incurred to replace or repair it.
